退換貨政策/Returns & Exchanges

我們有 7 天退貨政策,您在收到商品後有 7 天的時間申請退貨。易於腐敗、保存期限較短之商品不開放退貨。

為符合退貨資格,您的商品必須通過退貨審核,請您於退貨備註註明退貨原因,我們將盡快和您聯繫。

如果您的退貨被接受,我們將向您發送退貨運輸標籤,以及有關如何寄送包裹的說明。不接受在未事先要求退貨的情況下寄回給我們的物品。

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Perishable and short shelf-life items are not eligible for returns.

In order to qualify for a return, your product must undergo a return review. Please indicate the reason for your return in the return notes, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

商品損壞和訂單錯誤

請在收到時檢查您的訂單,如果商品有缺陷、損壞或收到錯誤的商品,請立即與我們聯繫,以便我們評估問題並改正。

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

例外/不可退回的物品

某些類型的商品無法退貨,如易腐爛商品(例如食品、鮮花或植物)、定製商品(例如特殊訂單或個性化商品)和個人護理商品(例如美容產品)。我們也不接受危險材料、易燃液體或氣體的退貨。如果您對特定商品有任何疑問或疑慮,請與我們聯繫。

我們不能接受禮品卡的退貨。

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns gift cards.

換貨說明

為確保您在最短的時間內得到您希望的商品,我們建議您以退貨之方式處裡,一旦退貨被接受,另行於官網購買新商品。

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

退款說明

我們會在收到並檢查您的退貨後通知您,並通知您退款是否獲得批准。如果獲得批准,您將通過原始付款方式自動獲得退款。請記住,您的銀行或信用卡公司也可能需要一些時間來處理和郵寄退款。

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
